Chevron: The Other Classic Pattern

Everyone has been atwitter this season about the comeback of houndstooth (and we’re on board – check out our post on the trend), but a less talked-about pattern that we’re current loving is chevron (more typically called zigzag).

A bold, eye-catching pattern, it’s not for everyone. But wear it with confidence, and you’ll be the talk of the town. Here are some ideas to get you started:

Free People Chevron Sweater Tunic Dress

Frenchi Ribbed Trim Sweater Dress

Or if you’re looking to ease into it, try incorporating the pattern into your wardrobe with accessories like these:

  1. Seems like the Madison quilted chevron meets Maureen’s requirements of a computer bag with two top handles and a long strap…just saying.

    • Niki, I know! I’m wary of using a bag that isn’t specifically designed to hold a computer. I’d hate to have it lose its structure and become ruined because I’m carrying too much weight around.
